Seeking EXPERIENCED Builder for ongoing work

Hi there,

 

I am seeking an experienced builder for ongoing work. The project, whilst simple in some ways may be tricky. 

 

Ideally, the builder should:

- show attention to detail

- have the ability to think on their feet with creativity to benefit the project

- be comfortable working around an adult environment

- be equipped with various building resources such as textures and the like

- be conscious of land impact/prim use

- be confident with the use of prims (cutting, hollow, etc etc)

- be accepting of criticism and alteration requests.

- frequently on second-life, and have the time to devote to the project. (this includes not planning on leaving second-life any time soon as this is an ongoing project)

- prepared to release the project as copy/mod (no transfer is OK)

Also you should talk of compensation BEFORE hiring.... I'm guessing your only offering low pay but prefer to say that after the hassle of job interview so builders feel they have no choice but to continue?

Hi iscabox Flux,

I prefer to discuss the project privately with the builder I choose, after having seen their previous works.

I'm not sure if you read my thread correctly, but it states that compensation will be discussed with SUITABLE candidates, therefore suggesting that this will only be negotiated between myself and those whom I feel are suitable for this project.
