Transfer Group Owned land to myself

Hello,

I currently own some mainland which is 26112 m2 and I'm at a teir level of a 1/2 region which covers 32768. My land use fees says I am still aloud 9541 m2. The land is group owned and the group is owned by my X-partner. How do I reclaim this land as my own.

When I went to sell land - sold it to myself for $0L and kept my objects, it says that my tier cost will increase to full region which is $75. more per month?

Could someone help me to figure this out please?

Remove your land deed from the group and then sell it back to your self

The fee is based on your peak use per month and aslong as you have sqm deeded to the group, it will count the land ontop of that for you

I did remove the group from the land but it still says it will increase my land use fees?
