I wonder when will I be able to run SL on windows 8 or is there any other can I use SL on this windows 8 such like phoenix?

Hundreds (thousands?) of SL residents are using Window 8 successfully, so you should be able to also.  You do have to be sure that you have current graphics drivers for your machine, however, and that you have set Win 8 up properly. The best set of instructions I know about for installing Win 8 drivers is here >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Technical/SL-run-with-windows-8/qaq-p/1971153 .  You should also be aware that Intel is not offering any driver upgrades for some of their older graphics chips, so if you have an older laptop or notebook, it may not be possible to get an upgrade that is Win 8 and OpenGL compatible.
