Knee boots alpha texture ~ Help please

Ok. So I bought boots to go with my outfit, and I put on the knee high boots alpha texture, and above my knees are gone! How do I fix this problem?

It seems to me that ia an alpha for another boot, maybe packed with this by mistake.

First thing to do is asking the vendor to send you the correct alpha layer.

If this fails, you can do your alpha to use with this boot, in Fotoshop or Gimp. The directions to do that can be somewhat length, so first try to contact the vendor, if this fails, ask me how to make a new layer
