Hey all,

I've been having an issue when I set shadow blur to 0 in any viewer that I use. I get a really grainy effect with ambient occlusion. Are there any settings I can use to correct this? I've included an image below.

The fix is: don't put shadow blur to 0 (I'm not sure why you want to do so?).

If you set the shadow blur to 0, then the shadows will look ugly with very sharp edges.  In Nirans viewer when the shadow blur is set to value 3.0 the shadows look good with soft edges.  And the ambient occlusion looks good too.

Even with shadow blur at 2.0 everything looks great.  But the blur at 0 shadows look odd and so does ambient occlusion.
