Spinell
I have a tule texture that I made in photoshop with transparent background and I've been trying to bake it into a skirt in blender. The problem is the transpaency: it doesn't show when I bake textures. Instead, the background stays white instead of transparent. Any help fixing this?

Nacy Nightfire
Make sure in the Bake palette you have OUTPUT - RGBA selected: Additionally when you save your texture with transparency as a PNG file, you also must select RGBA (I don't think it's on by default):
