Your options are very limited indeed.  If you have an Android phone, you can get low-grade graphics with the Lumiya viewer.  It's a very restricted SL experience, but it's better than any of your other options.  All other cell phone viewers (Radegast, Metabolt, Pocket Metaverse, ... ) have no graphics ability at all.  They are text-only "viewers."
