merchant outbox,send my items I get Marketplace initailization failed

Having problems with my merchant outbox, when I send my items I get Marketplace initailization failed. I tried the trick with having both english on my pereferences and on marketplace still nothing. I have Singularity viewer but cannot dowload firestorm or phoenix. This is hurting my lindens flow inworld. I need help asap = (

 

Is there another viewer besides firestorm, phoenix or 2ndlife viewer out there that will fix this?:catsad:

If changing your language to English did not work, I think you will need to submit a support ticket.  I am not aware of any other solution.  If your computer is not capable of running either Firestorm or Linden Lab's V3 viewer, you might be able to use Catznip or Exodus.  I do not expect changing the viewer to make a difference for you, but there is no harm trying.

there is a error at times i get it, just keep trying eventually they do go though, try not to have more than 20 in the merchant ouitbox as this can also cause a problem, if you have a lot then upload in batches of 20 ish
