creating a script in a sign

I had a sign made for a business I would like to open here in SL  I would like the customer to be able to click on the sign and have it go to my profile to get a hold of me or to message me if I am online,,Is there any way this can be done,I would like it copyable so I dont have to ad the script to it each time. Is this possible? I will be willing to compensate someone
