Sending Lindens to someone inworld from the Dashboard?

I wanted to know if it would be possible for a payment system to be set up in the Dashboard on the website that you can pay residents inworld without having to log in? Its not always possible to log on and pay someone.

No Adiva, it's not possible to pay another resident from the Dashboard, you have to be inworld. However, if you can't get to a computer, you could use one of the third party smartphone viewers such as Lumiya or Pocket Metaverse depending on what phone you have.

no that's not possible.

The only option that comes to my mind would be buying something from that resident's marketplace store.

Since it is not possible, another solution to 'pay' someone would be to contact them and find out if they use Paypal or creditcards, and just directly pay from your payment service to theirs.

This is the easiest solution, and also surrounds the costs and fees for exchanging currencies into Linden Dollars and similar.
