Well, that's a first.  I have never heard of anyone being banned by a jacuzzi, although I suspect that you didn't really mean "banned".  The jacuzzi just refuses to work any more, right?  I'm just guessing here, but I suspect that the clever scripter who built it has scripted it to recognize when it is on a sim that is not Adult- or Moderate-rated.  I can imagine doing that to prevent its X-rated animations from working in places where they shouldn't (see http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Maturity-ratings/ta-p/700119).  It wouldn't be hard to do that.  There's no way to test for your RL age, though, so that part is bogus.  As for support ....... ask the creator.
