If you are selling land with a club on it, than you can use the appropriate land for sale forum. I assume the build is transferable because if it isn't it is not worth anything to the buyer. You may be better off selling the land seperately from the build. Unless it is a truely exceptional build and the club has great traffic with a large VIP group there isn't much demand for land + club and they don't add any value to the price you'll get. In fact you will be limiting your potential buyers for the land a lot if the build is still on it. Those that want land only will be deterred from looking at your land if it includes the build and most people wanting a club buy or rent empty land and either want to choose the specific prefab they like or build their own club.
