If the money shows up on her transaction history (what is very likely), but doesn't appear in the L$ balance in the viewer itself, she should try clicking on the L$ balance in the viewer. It will update the balance with the correct value from the server.

So - she did - if it was ment as a click right on the L $ from her phoenix viewer - nothing happened. Then - as she told me - she checked also secondlife.com - dashboard - and nothing as well. It seems that the money is gone. I was just wondering why it did not occur. Cést la vie. L.

Here is the link for your Transaction History.

https://secondlife.com/my/account/transactions.php?lang=en-US

If in fact, you do show a completed transaction, have your friend likewise look this up on their Transaction History.

If they were mistaken and the 300 is present, no harm no foul.

If they are missing the 300, then your transaction information will be needed to get the stuck 300 delivered.

P.S. Please know that many times when sending L$ to another using your friends list it is easy to send the money to the wrong friend or one next to the one you intended.

That can actually not be. Transactions imply they are atomic and they operate under the assumption all or nothing. So if it shows on your transaction history that it was transferred, then it must show up on your friend's transaction history as well.
