I used my visa to buy cash to my account and I can not buy Linden$ why??   I have a premium account .  Thank you ...

You should have purchased $L directly.  They would have been billed to your credit card.

What's happened is that, by increasing your $USD balance, you have hit the "transaction limit" for a new account.  For the first few days, your purchase amounts are severely limited.  This is a precaution to make it more difficult for thieves to use a stolen credit card to buy large amounts of $L.  Fortunately, the limits will be lifted in just a few days.
