Help logging in

I am having a problem with an account.  Started yesterday.  When I try to log in. I get this message unable to connect to simulator.  Now I have more then one account.  And  they connect fine.  But this account is my crucial account.  Can anyone help. I already cleared my cache.   But still get that message.   Please help.

This is a message you get if your are logging into a sim that is off line.  Try logging into a different sim.

No it is not an offline sim.  I seriously dout I would continuously get a unable to connect to simulator  in that case.  I was able to log on beta.  But still get the same message when I try to log on regular.  My internet connection is fine. My router and my modem are fin..  It's this account that I get  unable to connect to simulator.  Now I already did  the  delete teh data file  to see if it's an overload of notices.  I cleared my cache.  But yet  I still get that message.    I truly need help getting my account to be able to log back on SL.

Like Amethyst already said that is a usual message if you try to login to a sim that's offline. So did you really already try to login to a different location?
