There are two simple solutions.  First, we don't need no stinikin' locks in SL.  They can never keep anyone out anyway.  All you have to do is use your camera to find something --- anything --- to sit on that's inside your house.  If you can't find anything, rez a box and sit on it.  Viola!  Inside.

Second, doors are supposed to at least do what they advertise -- open and shut.  If yours is busted, call Live Chat or file a support ticket and ask Linden Lab to fix it.  Here's where you look >>> https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/ .

If it is your home/land how can it be locked for you?
When you own the mainland there is no way you can be locked out

If you mean that your My Home destination is inaccessible someone must have locked you out after you set that destination

Find another place where you can set My Home destination and call that your home
