Please would like an information; cant log into SL, how can I proceed?

First, you tell us why you can't log in. 

What happens when you try?  Do you get an error message?  Exactly what does it say?  How far do you get through the long procedure before you stop?  Have you ever been able to log in before?  What kind of computer are you using?  Describe its specifications.  How are you connected to the Internet?  Which SL viewer are you using?
