Max Content of the HTTP request and Response

Hi Guys, in wiki we can use llHTTPRequest's maximum content of 16384 bytes? same way in http_response? I just want it to transport  and store huge data to the external database. And also I want to make sure that I can use 16384 bytes without having a problem. Consider it I'm creating a Add, Delete and Diplay module. - Thanks!

HTTP_BODY_MAXLENGTH in llHTTPRequest defines the accepted length of the body óf http_response - not the length of the length of the body sent by llHTTPRequest. This, I think (but I'm not sure) only limited by the script memory available.

As I recall, HTTP response body is truncated to 2048 bytes or something like that. I dunno if it truncates the request body as well as I never sent out anything longer than 1K. Would be interesting to try and see.

Yes, the response body used to be truncated at 2048 bytes - but some time ago LL actually implemented the functionality of the HTTP_BODY_MAXLENGTH in HTTPRequest. Now you can set the accepted length of the response body to up to 16384 bytes (Mono) as the OP stated.
