many things including parts of avatar are purple and lag is limitless what do i do

Lag is a very complicated topic, however, so it's impossible to know exactly why you are having the problem.  All I can do is hand you a couple of very long lists of things to check....

im good now i found outside help i just had to stop basic shaders

If you are absolutely positive that your graphics drivers are up to date because you did a clean installation of newly-downloaded drivers, as described on the web page I referred you to, then there's only one other cure. Open Preferences >>> Graphics and DISable basic shaders.  You may also need to DISable OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects.

Ah.. Congratulations. Most people don't have to take that extra step, which does cut into some of your graphics capability. I'm glad it worked for you.
