How do I find an old AVI ??

I made an Avi about three years ago.I thought I deleted it but it still seems to be somewhere. I do not remember the Name or Password. HELP !       Robyn

That's going to be virtually impossible ...... unless you are still using the same computer that you had back then. 

Open your computer's AppData folder and look for subfolders labeled with each of the viewers you have used in SL (Firestorm, Second Life, Phoenix, Imprudence ...).  Open each of those subfolders and look for individual folders that have your avatars' names on them.  Those folders contain all of your saved IMs.  If you're lucky, one of those folders will have your missing, mystery alt's name on it.  Of not, or if you no longer have the machine you used 3 year ago, you're out of luck.
