sorry im trying to help friend  when she loads most everything loads like ppl   floor grass  but  all els is pink

Follow the instructions on the page I provided the link for, so that you do a clean install of the drivers. The web page that you download the new drivers from (NVidia, AMD, or Intel) will give you simple instructions too, which are basically "double click the .exe file to install".
