I have a question regarding taking a Business from SL to Inworldz is it possible?

The TOS (sect 7) recognizes your right to intellectual property: "You retain any and all Intellectual Property Rights you already hold under applicable law in Content you upload, publish, and submit to or through the Servers, Websites, and other areas of the Service, subject to the rights, licenses, and other terms of this Agreement, including any underlying rights of other users or Linden Lab in Content that you may use or modify."  However, there's no way to export objects from SL. Since you have the Intellectual Property rights, you are free to create them again. And, of course, any objects (or textures or sounds)  that you have made with external programs like Photoshop, Blender or Maya could be re-imported from there to another virtual world.  You'd have to check with the rules of that other world.
