How can a member unable to leave a dissolved group? She's unable to leave it.

Owner ejected members from group and then left the group herself.  Problem is one of the members is still in the dissolved group and unable to leave it.  How can member leave a dissolved group?

You can leave any group you want. Just open your Groups list, select the one you don't want any more, and click the LEAVE button. And if the group was truly dissoved, you are automatically removed anyway.  A group with fewer than 2 members is deleted within 48 hours.
