That's not a normal Marketplace message, so I'm assuming that you bought the items from a shop in world.  You can double check to be sure that the items were delivered by taking a look in theTransaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  That will tell you exactly how much you paid and what you should have received, as well as the transaction key for the purchase.  If it really did not arrive, copy all of that information and paste it into a notecard.  Then send the card to the merchant with a polite note that asks for a redelivery.

First, though, check your inventory carefully.  The message says that the item was delivered to your Objects folder, so open Inventory and look in that folder specifically.  It might have an unexpected name.  If you still don't see the item, then click the Recent tab in Inventory.  Then click the little gear icon in the extreme lower left corner to open the settings menu.  Select Show Filters, and then set a date that's a couple of days in the past.  Your Recent listing should show you all of the items you have received since that date.

Hello,

please also look in your 'Received Items' folder.

See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Shopping-in-the-Second-Life-Marketplace/ta-p/700189#Section_.2

If none of Rolig's tips helps, clear your cache ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-improve-Viewer-performance/ta-p/1316923#Section_.2 ) and relog, and wait until the inventory fetching process completes, then look in your 'Objects' folder.
