The best way to get an answer is to ask in the Xcite! group (http://world.secondlife.com/group/7eb4d408-e1d7-41d2-2936-7b6af77c0cdb?lang=en-US) or the nPose group (http://world.secondlife.com/group/f61cb811-89c4-cec7-daa9-067b3f851f9a?lang=en-US) in world.  Both groups are free to join and they have group chat for users to share ideas and problems.
