Not "hacking", since that it almost impossible, but you have probably tripped a griefer's spoofing spam object.  There are a couple that are nasty, because they make YOU look like the bad guy, so you get banned.

Take a look at http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/exdepart .  This sort of thing is very hard to get rid of.
