How to save a texture from clothing?

It's basically not possible, unless the maker of your attachments provides you with a UV texture map for them. If they do, you can use that as a template to paint a new texture on the mesh, using Photoshop or GIMP.
This is one reason the makers of this type of attachment sometimes sell special clothing along with them. The clothing consists of a texture for the prim parts, and a matching one in a clothing layer.
As for extracting the texture from an existing clothing layer...again, unless the clothing is sold full perms, you can't do this. The best you can do is to use it as a model while painting your own texture.
