What is the highest possible altitude for a skybox?

I have tenants who have successfully rezzed a platform and a building at just under 4096m high. They are at 4000m where I get a bloody nose if I fly up there.

The platform is rezzed and bounded properly at sea level 1st, then it is Z-modified to the high altitude which makes it a nice target for additional building and object rezzing. Remember, some assembly scripts my go haywire at that altitude.

Also, remember, the LL provided parcel security fails at that height.

The maximum build and rez height is 4096 metres, so the maximum altitude will, in practical terms, be a little below that (to enable the occupant to rez and place things above the root prim of the skybox, assuming the skybox's root prim isn't in the roof).
