All marketplace products I created disappeared

Yup, you're right.  Your Marketplace store is empty.  After you transfered items to your store, did you actually activate each of them so they would appear as listed items?  Open My Marketplace >>> Merchant Home >>> Manage Listings and take a look.  Your uploaded items should all be there in the UNlisted items block at the top of the listing.  You need to check each one individually to create a listing and then edit that listing to make it active.  See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Selling-in-the-Marketplace/ta-p/700193#Section_.4 for more details.
