not get ordered from Toneless Tomba, the store doesnt exists and the thinc not in inv

piad $900 for a thinc printing press, still advertised but not delivered even though it says delievered.  I did a search of thinc, print, printing, press, no objects arrive.  I know the object is old, but the store isnt there  Please help or refund please

Thinc does still exist, and it has been around for ages.  Toneless Tomba was a SL old timer when I arrived here in 2007.  He has a whole sim and his in-world shop is at THINC (152.219,49.6406,27.6122) .  Visit.  He has some cool stuff. 

Anyway, the proper thing to do is send him an IM (His profile specifically says, "Do NOT send me notecards.") and explain what happened.  Ask politely for a redelivery, and include ALL information about your purchase (Cut & Paste the information from your own Order History in your Marketplace account.).  If he hasn't responded in a few days, try again with a second polite note.  If even that doesn;t work, assume that he is sick or on an extended vacation.  File a support ticket with Linden Lab and ask for their help in getting a redelivery.
