how to shut down the store on market place, once it is set up?

I set up a market place store, under the assumption of using the land that i control, as a store base.

This is no longer the case, so i have not found a way to shut down the market place store, other than just unlisting the items.

please help

You can't shut it down.  Your Marketplace store is an extension of your SL account, so it will exist as long as your SL account does.  If you simply unlist any items in it, however, your store will be invisible.  As far as Search and individual SL residents are concerned, it will have disappeared.
