Yeah, there's an issue.  Your control panel's not working.  There's a two-step cure:

1. Be sure that you are in your own house.  I know it's embarrassing to find out, but people wander into the wrong Linden Home all the time.  Until they are personalized, they all look pretty much alike.

2.  If you're sure that you are in your own house, call Live Chat or file a support ticket.  LL is fairly good about sending a techie around to hammer on things.
