Im looking for partner/builders . I own about 10 Full Sims and more coming With Full Prims, etc. Im looking for a builder who would like to work with me as a co founder of this project  for a long term project

4. Estate Headquaters 
5. University Campus (Completed) 
6. Hotel/Resorts 
7. And many more

Maybe I can be of some assistance to helping build your sim.

I've been a Sim builder for 5 years on SL though my basic theme is Asian style and/or city like. Low prim builder as well. I'm afraid most of my pictures are stuck on my old alt that no longer exists but would be happy to show you what I can do 'in world'.

Sim themes I have done in the past:

RP Medieval

RP Ninja

(Picture: Done on a 3,750prim Sim, included 4 Skybox RP Villages, Ground was element Forest / Desser / Mountains)

RP Family Community (Residental & Town)

(Pictures: Layout of Soup Family Community Sim created with Homes and Activity areas, Used under 4000 prims to make whole Sim on 15000 Prims)

Tokyo City

(Picture: Underground Subway 'Welcome Area' would have Subway train go by every 5 minutes, Low Prim City with Detailed buildings)
