Quick Methods regarding Packing and/or Demolishing

Is there a way to quickly pack all your homes and objects, so that when you re-rez them the placement of objects that are distributed throughout your home remains the same?

If not, is there a way that one can clear all their land of objects and buildings quickly?

Yes.  You can create a coalesced object, as explained here  >>>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Building-tips/ta-p/700041#Section_.1 .  Be very sure to read the caveats that are explained here >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Building-tips/ta-p/700041#Section_.1.2 as well.  If you are not careful, you can mess up big time so that your coalesced object is difficult to rez again or, when rezzed, is a mess to handle.  To avoid some of the more common problems, read this article too >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-move-a-build/ta-p/919109 .  I recommend practicing a few times by collecting and then re-creating objects that you don't mind losing before you try it on anything important.

If you plan to rezz and de-rezz a certain setup repeatedly you may want to invest in one of the commercial rezzers which can put out multiple configurations and then delete them with a click. Typically they require everything to be copy/modify though.
