How do I reset my password if I am not using the same e-mail?

You don't say whether you actually recall your password or not.  If you DO know your password, use the "change your email" section of the above information.

If you DON'T recall your password, AND you no longer have access to the email account you registered, you will have to contact Billing.  You'll need to provide them with information they ask for to prove you are you.

I was just going to add the link you've posted. As you ask, is it a lost password, or just wanting to change it.
