Jessa Alberti
How effective is mp for showing homes? Anyone have any success?
Amethyst Jetaime
I can't speak for rentals, but I have had success selling land on MP. If I were you I'd list your rentals. You have nothing to lose since there is no fee for a listing as long as you charge zero for the landmark. I wouldn't limit your marketing to just MP though. Competition is stiff for rental tenants. To get tenants as quickly as you can I'd also put a listing in classifieds. In either case be sure to put as much information about what you are offering in your ad as you can including the rent amount and number of prims. I'd also put a picture of the home in your ad rather than a logo. If you rent a variety of homes at a range of prices and prims, put your price and prim range in the ad as well as a montage picture of typical homes at the various price points. Most people in the market have a specific needs and prices in mind when they are looking and are more apt to look if your ad shows you have property to meets their requirements.
