I have never made such prim, but i think it is possible by llFrand(generate random number) and llRotateTexture and llScaleTexture.

It would be a very easy script to write, depending on how "random" you want the results to be, but I'm not sure that you'll find a ready-made one.  There isn't much commercial use for a script like that.  Still, you ought to post in the Wanted forum and find out.  If you don't get any responses and you're not up to writing the script yourself, post again in the InWorld Employment forum.  You'll get responses from people who can write it for you for a price.
