This is one of the major objections that many of us raised when Linden Lab introduced Display Names well over a year ago, to no avail.  There's nothing you can do about it, and there's nothing that LL will do about it either.  It is not against the TOS to make your Display Name the same as someone else's Display name or username.  The only way that you can make a claim that LL will accept is if you can show that the other person is actually harrassing you or engaging in deliberate fraud.  Otherwise, LL will consider your complaint to be a "dispute between residents" and will not get involved.

There have been a few reports of pieces of web profiles being mixed up between two completely different accounts. Due to the fact that the theoretical identity thief has a profile written entirely in Turkish it doesn't sound like she's trying too HARD to steal your identity. I think the more likely cause is a scrambled database similar to what happened with the Marketplace. File a BUG report.

I just looked at your web profile, and the profile of the girl in world, and frankly, she made herself look a right silly chump by doing this.

People can't do any real harm by 'impersonating' someone else by using the same Display Name as someone's real name.

And, to get a bit of perspective, think how people called, for example, Paul Jones, must feel in real life.  There are tons of them, some are possibly murderers, judges, DJs, bank tellers.

It's not the name, it's what you do with it that counts.  Maybe the Turkish girl who borrowed your name for a while is just an admirer of the name, or of you. Be flattered.
