Rainy urban places

Hi, I'm a video maker in SL and I'm looking for a rainly place to film my next video, if anybody knows of any good places, please let me know.  I am looking for something urban or like a city of some sort, also if you have any good windlights that will go nicely please throw one over to me :) tyvm

Well, the only really rainy place I can think of right now is anything but urban... It's mostly inhabited by sheeps:D The sim is called Empress and Hierophant. You will not find many buildings but more rain than you can dream of:

For dark skies and weird windlight settings, you may have a look at Innsmouth, an abandoned city. A great place to take picture and make movies (not sure but I believe it rains there too):

Oddly enough, the crackden sometimes meets your requirement  (hathian 128/128/0) . To know when it'll rain tho you might have to keep up with the weather there (there's a newspaper that will tell you weather forecasts http://thecrackden.com/paper/) or possibly contact the sim owner considering your purpose (nadir taov) .
