Peony Sweetwater
Hi all - thought I'd turn to the collective wisdom, since I'm not sure if the problem is my crappy computer.I have a rigged mesh that I'm wanting to use bump mapping on. It looks fine when rezzed on the ground, but as soon as it's worn, it looks flat as a pancake. Is there a known issue, or is it just my outdated computer? The problem seems to happen with shiny as well, now that I've tested that too.

Jenni Darkwatch
That should be fixed in any recent viewer... the fix went live a few months ago.
Peony Sweetwater
I'm on the latest firestorm...but my little laptop that I use when I'm out & about is very basic (sometimes I'm amazed I can get on at all to get some work done!) I keep most of the graphics pulled back so i can work. Guess I'll need to try again with shadows & lighting enabled as well as bump mapping & shiny & see if that solves it.
