New firestorm texture alignment and scale features.

I tired the new right click drag texture alignment feature works fine, and is fun to play with I can see it being useful at times, but I can't seam to get the scale feature to work.  Has any one else had a chance to try this yet I'm wondering if it's a bug or if my mouse has issues.

This is a huge update to firestorm lots of other features to check out too.
