Ratcatcher's Hide sim down for 45 mins on the restart. Lost 35 people from the club. Need it back up

This is way to long to restart a sim... whats going on?

That's not at all uncommon.  Some sims are just harder to restart than others.  My own crashed 4 times in 2 hours while they were trying to restart it yesterday.  In any case, we can't do a thing about it here.  We're all SL residents like you.  Lindens never come here.  If you need to report a sim off line, file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ , using the category Land & Region >> Report and Offline Region.  LL responds to those tickets quite rapidly.
