How do I activate RLV in the  viewer 3.3? someone help me?

RLV is not supported in the official viewer. If you want a V3 like viewer with RLV, you can use Exodus.

There are probably others, but that's the one I use.

RLV isn't part of the official viewer.   You'll need to download a third party viewer, such as Marine's Restrained Love Viewer, Catznip, or Dolphin if you want something like the V3.3 UI, or Niran's, Exodus  or Firestorm if you want something a bit different.

Marine's, I think, has it turned on by default; with Catznip and Dolphin and the rest you need to turn it on in the viewer and then relog.   If you need a hand turning it on, edit your post to say what viewer you're using and I'll try to explain (it varies from viewer to viewer).
