My inventory is gone.Object, textures, everything. Help me!!!

I've had this problem before and it was as simple as doing something in my prefernces. But I forgot what that was! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The "something" is generally rebuilding the locally cached copy of your inventory.  Click "Clear Cache" in Preferences >> Network & Cache and then log out of SL.  When you log in again, log in to a quiet (no lag) sim like Smith, Pooley, or Aqua.  Move away from the landing area and open your inventory.  Type any letter at all in the search field to jump start the rebuilding process and then go make a cup of coffee.  Do not do anything in SL until the viewer has finished fetching your inventory.  It may take several minutes, depending on the size of your inventory.  That should clear up your problem.
