Need Lip sync animation

Does anyone know where to get the voice lip animations as a seperated animation?

Perhaps search the market place or go to an animation shop in-world and contact the owner.

Thanks jjccc!!! That package will animate your avatar according to the volume of your voice. It animates the body tho, not the lips. Actual Lip syncing is triggered in the SL viewer by using voice and checking a checkbox in the Preferences, which I'm sure jjccc understands, but not every1 does. SL's lip syncing is actually quite impressive, given the nature of the SL platform. The only way for an animator to actually animate the face or lips is to trigger facial morphs, which takes quite a bit of scripting resources, as lips move extremely fast, and the results are not that great.
