My friend never receives items from market place, even when I buy them as gift

I sent items to a friend and she never received them, the money didn't even leave my account and said it was pending payment but I had lindens, she often doesn't receive items from market place, hope you can help me

Shop in-world.  Every part of the marketplace is broken.  You're lucky LL didn't just take your money and leave you having to sort it all out.  If there isn't a listed in-world location the best bet is to try to contact the merchants selling whatever you want to buy and ask them if there is an alternative way to send the gift.

Peter makes a strong statement, and I'm afraid I have to agree with him.  The Marketplace is more broken than it has ever been.  If at all possible, don't shop there.  If you must (because the merchant does not have an in world store), use the "Buy Now" button to buy things one at a time, don't use the Shopping Cart.

well i bought some stuff 2days ago from the market an added them to my cart i paid for them using my paypal it took the payment an i didnt get nothing it also says pending payment an i dont know what to do over it because i never got my refund like it states an plus i havent been on secondlife long i just started getting into this
