The mesh looks like regular obj !

I upload My mesh dress on SL 

 

But when I attach it to my avatar 

 

it doesn't move with my avatar :( :(

Did you weight the mesh to the standard avatar skeleton in the program you used to create your dress?

If you did.  Did you select the weights box when you uploaded it to SL?

Unfortunately I don't know Blender so I can't help you that much.

But there seems to be more Blender users making mesh than any other program so I am sure someone here can help you or point you in the right direction.

Ok let's trubleshoot...

1) Does the dress look like a dress?
2) When you attach the dress to the av does it form to the av, or does it stay big/small?

If the dress looks like a dress, and doesn't form to the av, then you forgot to check the bone weight box on tap 3 when uploading.

If the dress doesn't look like a dress, then something went wrong with the .dea export, or you're not on a viewer that can see mesh.

If the dress looks like a dress, and forms to the av but doesn't move. Then check if you gave the mesh any weight in blender.

It would help if you gave a rundown of the process you took to rig the dress. Also, we'd need to know which version of Blender you are using.

I'm using 2.62 

 

and I used avastar i just do the coby bone and bake t-pose 

 

and copy weight bones

On uploder did you select on upload options use skin waights? If not you didnt upload riged skirt but unwaighted object so it wont move with your Avi.

When you use Avastar, you need to make sure to use their "export to SL" button in the Toolshelf, not the regular .dae exporter under "File".
