Sim classes

I've been looking into the possibility of renting or buy a sim, and I see that some specificy Class 5 or Class 7, but I haven't been able to find any information on this. What's the difference between a Class 5 and a Class 7 sim? And are there also other classes?

Those aren't desgnations that make any difference to the average user.  They refer to the server that your sim is assigned to at the moment.  Since sim are reassigned to servers on a semi-random basis every once in a while, there's nothing permenent about the one yours has right now.
