how can I get my avatar to remove his clothing?

My avatar is a bit of a prude.  I go down the menu and select the one that removes his clothes, but when it looks from the menu that he has removed all his clothes, the actual avatar is still wearing a vest and underpants.

 

How do I persuade him to get naked??

He's such a prude that he's got his underwear painted onto his skin, as do many of (all?) the default avatars.   

Fortunately, you can remedy this by finding him a skin in the marketplace or, since I see he's less than 30 days old, he might try checking out some of the gift packs for new accounts here.

I'm thinking that the self proclaimed King of Kink will have a few bucks laying around the castle so my suggestion is to break out the royal jewels and get a good skin as well as the appropriate body parts.
