The Caledon community is set to celebrate its 18th birthday with a Founder's Day Ball, a distinguished event that marks the inception of this Victorian steampunk haven by Desmond Shang. This year's festivities, guided by the new Guv, NeoBokrug Elytis, will unfold at the majestic new Caledon Pavilion in Caledon On Sea.
